Outdoor cushions that survive a Dubai summer
Outdoor cushions in Dubai fail three ways: they fade, they go mouldy, or the foam turns to crumbs. Fabric, foam and stitching each have to be chosen for the heat.
We use solution-dyed acrylics, mainly Sunbrella, where the colour is in the fibre and not printed on top, so it does not fade even on a roof terrace. Inside is reticulated quick-dry foam that drains through in minutes after a pool splash or a rare downpour, and the thread is UV-rated so the seams do not rot before the cloth does.
Most of what we make outdoors is replacement cushions for furniture people already own, from balcony sets to large villa lounges. We measure the frames, not the old cushions, because the old ones have usually shrunk.

How long do outdoor cushions last in Dubai?
With solution-dyed fabric and quick-dry foam, five to seven years of daily use. Stored through July and August, longer.
Do you make cushions for boats?
Yes, the same fabrics and foams are used for marine seating. Bring the boat's measurements or we can visit the marina.
